I’ve spent my career around the people who make fashion happen.

This isn’t a résumé page. It’s the short version of why I do this work — and why I do it for this industry in particular.

I watched brilliant, generous people get hollowed out by an industry that runs on adrenaline and treats burnout as the cost of being good. The talent was never the problem. The relationship to pressure was. That’s a pattern — and patterns can be coached.

I trained with IPEC — among the most rigorous coaching programs there is — and certified in its Core Energy™ method and the Energy Leadership Index. It gave me a science-backed way to do what I’d always done by instinct: help people lead from their best energy, on purpose, even when the room is on fire.
